This program is designed for graduate youth through volunteer-ism and collaborative partnerships with public, private and civil society organizations. This we believe will empower them to be constructively engaged in productive life of our society during the transitional period.
The STEP program provides necessary short term training, orientation and motivational lectures for self-discovery, self-actualization and development. The beneficiary of STEP is linked with our organization and partners for volunteer experience or entrepreneurial development.
As part of our empowerment program for the youth, GIEVA has special micro-credit scheme, which does not involve collateral as condition but based on business innovative ideas of the youth generated by the students of STEP. The STEP beneficiaries are trained and mentored on how to work in teams to generate ideas that is fund-able.
